1. General

1.2 By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking.

2. Bookings

2.1 Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.

2.2 When making a booking, you will be required to provide us with your personal information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any booking that we deem to be inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Rental Period

3.1 The rental period starts and ends at the dates and times specified in your booking.

3.2 The rental period can be extended by contacting us at least 24 hours before the end of the original rental period.

4. Rental Requirements

4.1 You must hold a valid driver’s license that is recognized in Jamaica.

4.2 You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.

4.3 You must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking or rental.

5. Rental Fees

5.1 Rental fees are payable in advance, and are based on the rental period and the type of vehicle rented.

5.2 Additional fees may apply for additional drivers, insurance, fuel, and other optional services.

5.3 Rental fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise specified in your booking.

6. Insurance

6.1 All vehicles come with standard insurance coverage as required by Jamaican law.

6.2 Additional insurance coverage is available at an additional cost.

7. Damage and Liability

7.1 You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

7.2 You are liable for any third-party damage or injury caused by the use of the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Return

8.1 The vehicle must be returned to us at the end of the rental period, at the agreed location and time.

8.2 Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

8.3 The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with a full tank of gas.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with Jamaican law.

9.2 Any disputes must be brought within six months of the date of the rental period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our car rental services.

10.2 Our liability for any direct damages arising from the use of our car rental services will be limited to the amount of the rental fees paid.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Jamaican law.

11.2 Any legal action arising from these terms and conditions must be brought in a Jamaican court of law.
